Wendimere Reilly

Registered Dietitian

Are you seeking more energy, vitality, and an overall improvement in how you feel? Managing a recent diagnosis and looking for dietary and lifestyle changes to help? Are you tired of the yo-yo diet scene but eager to feel comfortable in your own skin? Or perhaps you're considering or using a GLP-1 medication and want to optimize your nutrition.

I specialize in interventions for various conditions, including diabetes, chronic kidney disease, autoimmune disorders, gastrointestinal issues, and cardiovascular disease. My approach involves crafting personalized nutrition plans tailored to your needs and goals. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all solution to nutrition and health. I create plans that fit your schedule, budget, and preferences, focusing on real results in a practical, even fun way.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Florida State University (Go Noles!) and an MS from the University of North Florida. Regardless of your team allegiance, my expertise is inclusive and welcoming.

Are you worried about being a picky eater or lacking cooking skills? I honed my culinary skills at the Goldring Center for Culinary Nutrition in New Orleans. Yes, healthy food can still taste delicious and doesn’t require endless hours in the kitchen.

My friendly and practical approach, combined with the latest evidence-based practices and a sprinkle of creativity, ensures that your journey to better health is not just effective but enjoyable, too.

I enjoy stand-up paddleboarding, snorkeling, chasing waterfalls, and Florida sunsets. If I am not on the water, you can usually find me with my husband at a local farmer’s market or food festival. My favorite food is pie, and I don’t like squash.

I am accepting new patients via telehealth on Mon, Wed, and Thurs, and in-person in Leesburg on Tuesdays, with appointments in Ocala coming soon.
